ThermoMind Ltd., the leader of the ThermoBreast project, is set to host a kick-off meeting on 6-7 February 2023 in Haifa, Israel. This kick-off meeting will mark the start of the project, which aims to revolutionize the way breast cancer is detected. The ThermoBreast project is a multidisciplinary consortium of 16 partners from 10 countries. It combines advanced ICT and life sciences technologies and will deliver a medical class 1 device that can detect vascular anomalies and asymmetry caused by cancerous growth. This is set to drastically improve the prevention, diagnosis, and monitoring of breast cancer while reducing the burden on women, healthcare professionals, and their families. The kick-off meeting is a chance for all 16 partners to come together to discuss the project in depth, and make sure that the project is on track to achieve its goal of revolutionizing breast cancer detection.
