The first Vision One system at Klinik Sankt Elisabeth in Heidelberg successfully installed and set up for patient recruitment!

ThermoBreast, led by ThermoMind, has reached a significant milestone – the ThermoMind’s first Vision One system was installed at Klinik Sankt Elisabeth in Heidelberg, Germany. This achievement was made possible through the collaborative efforts of key players, including Prof. Michael Golatta and Dr André Pfob from University Hospital Heidelberg (UKHD), as well as ThermoMind, the project coordinator.

The state-of-the-art Vision One system has been successfully integrated into the UKHD facility, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the ThermoMind team. In order to ensure a smooth operation of the system, two UKHD nurses, Helga Leigh and Zübeyda Cadiroglu, underwent special training to conduct screenings for an upcoming feasibility study. With their exceptional skills and knowledge, they are fully equipped to handle the new technology and provide patients with high-quality care. The ThermoBreast feasibility study, with UKHD and ThermoMind as key collaborators, aims to assess the effectiveness and potential impact of the Vision One system in the healthcare industry. The results of this study are highly anticipated and have the potential to revolutionise breast health care.

However, this is just the beginning for ThermoBreast. With seven more clinics in the pipeline, the project continues to push the boundaries of health technology.

Stay tuned for more updates on our journey to revolutionise breast health care!
